3. Q.  How far in advance can a tee time be booked? 

            Ten days before you want to play.

4. Q.   Do Orchard Park or West Seneca residents receive a discount?

             No.  Harvest Hill Golf Center is a privately owned public golf course which

             charges all players the same rate.  We do, however, give a 10 percent

             discount to juniors (8 to 18 years old) and seniors (62 years old and up). 

5. Q.   Is there a clubhouse?  Do you serve refreshments?

             We anticipate opening a clubhouse in the fall of 2009.  In the meantime, we 

              have a tent half way into the course where you can buy hot dogs,

              hamburgers, pizza, chips, pop, water, etc.  The tent is usually open from

              approximately 9 am to 7 pm.    We also have food and snacks available daily

              in our Pro Shop.  In addition, a cart girl with snacks and drinks is making rounds

             around the course throughout the day starting around 10am.

6. Q.  Is a credit card number needed to reserve a tee time?

                   A credit card number is needed to reserve a tee time online.  However, one is not

                   needed when calling the Pro Shop (716-662-1980) for tee time availability.

9. Q.  Does Harvest Hill have a liquor license?

                   We are in the process of obtaining a liquor license and expect to have one by

                    spring 2009.

10. Q.  What type of merchandise is sold in your Pro Shop?

                   We have a fully stocked Pro Shop which includes such items as clubs,

                    clothes, balls, shoes and gift cards.

11. Q.   Do you take walk-ons?

                    Yes, provided we have open tee times.  You can always call the Pro Shop

                     (716-662-1980) to check available tee times.

Q.    Do you have to book tee times to play the 3-hole facility, the short game course or the driving range?

                     No.
